The Circle Lake Retreat Center

Love 'em! I recently purchased two swings and 18 rocking chairs to match. These are replacements to wooden furniture that had been in use for 20 years and needed regular maintenance. I was attracted to the idea of never having to paint- just wash! I expect to still have these items in service and looking great 20 years from now.

Just Swinging

Everything was delivered in good shape. Had a bit of trouble putting it together. The video helped and we are pleased with the results. We have had several swings but wood in Florida needs constant attention or it will rot. I think we have the best swing for life in Florida now.

Excellent product

I did my research and thought this was reasonable priced and Iike that it was made of plastic since it would be outside all the time. The swing arrived in about a week, in good shape and was quick to put together. Even the chains that were sent were good and strong. I opted for the "comfort springs" which does give it a bouncy and smooth action. I could not be happier. A great swing!

Bought for durability

I was a little sticker shocked at the price, but wanted something that would last. I researched the material and company's warranty details and was convinced this would last. It has been hung for 6 months and still looks new.

Second swing

This is our second time purchasing this swing. We ordered one for our front porch last year and it has held up so well we decided to add another on our deck.

First poly furniture

The swing is well constructed. I had to call to find out spacing for the hooks we purchased, but everything else was very easy. The chains are also stainless so this swing will last.

Looks great

Ordered swing on Wednesday and it was on my front door on Friday. As advertised and hanging chains were included which I wasn't sure. Besides the price being about €100 more than a wooden alternative it's a good pick. Time will tell if it justifies the additional expense.

Besides the price this swing is 5 stars

I had some left over money from the holidays and had always wanted a porch swing for out front. Was reading one of the home magazines and they recommended checking out this poly material. Couldn't be happier and can tell this swing will last. From a few feet away it looks like real wood.

Shipping and Returns

This product ships via ground service with common carriers like UPS or FedEx from Indiana. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it ships. Due to the heavy duty nature of our items we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. Often times we can simply ship a single replacement part and won't have to ship a complete replacement product to remedy the issue. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product. 

Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.
