Janus Counselling provides support for employees whose work performance is being adversely affected by personal or work-related issues. Prompt intervention and counselling can turn a situation around, so that health, productivity and morale are returned to satisfactory levels.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP’s)

Most employers provide access to mental/emotional health counselling services. Many companies provide this through Employee Assistance Programs. EAPs are available in many different forms. For example, employers may choose to cover the full cost of counselling or have employees co-pay; employers may cover a few sessions (e.g., 3-5) or may cover an unlimited amount. Employers may choose to cover dependent family members as well. I work as an affiliate counsellor with a number of Human Resource Departments and Occupational Health companies to provide EAP services.
